Shop Supervisor, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity, UHW, Cardiff.
Scope of role
As Shop Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a profitable, customer focussed shop, helping to raise vital funds to help children in need of specialist medical care.
You will oversee volunteer recruitment and induction, ensuring that the shop is covered at all times and that the volunteers experience enjoyable and fulfilling roles.
As the person responsible for the shop operation, you will ensure that stock (purchased for sale in the shop) will be maintained at optimum levels and with the minimum of wastage.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
